About DiGiorgio Law P.C.

DiGiorgio Law P.C. is a litigation practice out of Marietta, Georgia, run by attorney William DiGiorgio. He handles civil liability cases, product liability, and the kind of legal mess that gun owners sometimes find themselves in after a self-defense incident or equipment failure.

Here's what caught my attention: DiGiorgio isn't just a lawyer who takes gun cases. He's a shooter. He competed on the   University of Florida Practical Pistol Team and worked as an insurance defense trial lawyer before going out on his own. He holds a B.A. from UF and is barred in Georgia and Florida.

What they do

DiGiorgio Law focuses on the civil side of firearms law. If you're a gun owner dealing with liability questions after a self-defense incident, a product that malfunctioned, or any civil case where your firearm and gear choices end up as evidence, this is a firm that actually understands what it's looking at.

The firm is openly pro-2A. DiGiorgio pays close attention to how firearms, gear choices, and technical facts actually get treated in court. He's more interested in mechanical reality and what juries do with it than in abstract legal theory or politically filtered takes.

Why gun owners should care

You get involved in a defensive shooting or an equipment-related incident, and you end up with a lawyer who calls a magazine a clip. Who doesn't understand how your trigger mechanism works, or why you chose the ammunition you did, or what your training actually means in context. That's a bad spot to be in. DiGiorgio shot competitively and spent time in insurance defense litigation. He gets both sides of it.

Bottom line

Most attorneys will fumble the technical side of a firearms case. DiGiorgio won't. He's a Gator who shot competitively and now runs a practice built around the civil litigation that gun owners actually end up dealing with. If you're in Georgia or Florida and need someone who speaks gun, he's worth a call.
