In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves is at EnforceTac talking with the creators of the EDM4S SkyWiper anti-drone gun. The EDM4S or EDM4S SkyWiper (Electronic Drone Mitigation 4 – System), is a man-portable, electronic anti-drone tool made by Lithuanian company NT Service. It neutralizes UAVs by jamming the UAV’s communication and satellite navigation systems with an EMP or electromagnetic pulse.

99% of drones come in peace. It's a hobby enjoyed by millions who simply love nature and its beauty so much so that they invest thousands into their photography. No need for this weapon. It will destroy drones.

  @Hoosier 1911✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ If You listen to the manufacturer it does not destroy the drone at all.
  When you break his communication link the drone softly lands.
  You can then recover the intact drone.
  I actually see a use for this now against “nuisance drones “that for instance are peeping in second floor windows.
  Forcing it to land means you could conceivably trace it back to the owner for prosecution.
  You are correct that right now in the United States drones are a fun hobby for lots of people.
  It seems inevitable that there will be a second American Civil War between what I like to call normal people and the left wingers.
  When that happens, anti-drone defense and thermal camouflage will be extremely important.

  @Hoosier 1911✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ Correct, that is the majority of drone use, but I can understand that agencies and VIPs may be targeted by the other 1%.
  Where you see a hobby drone, some people see a makeshift UAV, and unless I'm mistaken, drones have been used to drop grenades in Ukraine.
