Hi there, and welcome to our Photo Of The Day! Here is the place where we honor outstanding photos from the world of firearms. Today it’s time to look at France and some of their equipment. We have their Heckler & Koch HK416F rifles of course.
Here are pictures, and a video, from when a variety of resources from the Land Army, the National Navy and the Air and Space Army belonging to the conventional forces and special forces, carried out a counter-terrorism exercise in the heart of the Mediterranean.
Below: The sound of Freedom: A fly-by with the jets is always a nice way of saying hello.
A RIB boat with a special delivery incoming.

Machine gun overwatch.

Does your dog have a Picatinny rail?

These HKs are so short they remind me of MP7s.

They also produced a video, with subtitles, that you should watch:

I can mount a night force 1-8 on that dogs helmet and use him as a rifle

I know the title says "French Heckler & Koch HK416F in Action", yet one of them have a US flag on his helmet...
