[TFB GUNFEST] History, Stealthy And Sexy – B&T Station SIX

For most of you, today is a fairly normal day. You woke up, fed the dog, drank coffee, did some lunges and/or pull ups and headed out to your gig at ACME Bottle Company. For me, however, your beloved host of TFB’s Silencer Saturday, today marks an important occasion.
B&T USA has announced the release of the Station SIX pistol and suppressors – the American version of B&T’s VP9 Veterinary Pistol and a fantastic interpretation of a modern Welrod clone. After years of importation attempts, slight redesigns and a name change, the B&T pistol and suppressors are finally available for purchase.
Based off of the WWII-era covert pistol the Welrod, the new Station SIX-9 and SIX-45 takes its cues from the UK’s Special Operations Executive (SOE) developments. The Welrod was developed by SOE research and development establishments located around Welwyn Garden City. With three separate stations likely involved – Station VI – Bride Hall, Station IX – The Frythe estate near Welwyn Garden City and Station XII – Aston House – the new pistol and silencer from B&T takes its name from these historic establishments.
I’ve already laid my money on the table and with any luck, we’ll have one in house for a review next Saturday.
As for the TFB naming contest, I’m working on it. Stay tuned.

In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves visits B&T USA to talk about their reboot of the B&T VP-9: The Station SIX. The Station SIX is an integrally suppressed, magazine fed, bolt action pistol that will be available in 9mm or .45ACP. It’s possible that this might be the quietest handgun ever made. Watch today’s video from B&T HQ to find out why.

Howsabout a T/C Contender in .50 GI or for a few more shekels some flavor of .500 wildcat that would launch 300 - 500+ grain lumps at sub sonic velocities.
I have seen those who know shoot really fast with it. at the B&T Police & Military days a few years ago.
